Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to cancel or refund.

Practice plan: ₹499 a month

• Cancel any time, with no penalty. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• You keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
• We don't refund the part of a month that has already started.

Placement Pack: ₹1,500 one-time

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've completed fewer than 3 cases from the pack.
• After 7 days, or once you've completed 3 or more cases from the pack, the Placement Pack is non-refundable.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, we'll refund the extra amount in full, whatever the plan.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Email caseforgee1234@gmail.com from the email address on your CaseForge account. For refunds, include your payment ID or receipt if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've processed a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
