What CaseForge is

CaseForge is a practice tool for case interviews in product, HR, sales and marketing roles. You work through timed cases, and your written answers are scored with AI-assisted feedback. It is for practice only: it isn't a recruitment service, and it doesn't guarantee any interview, job or placement outcome.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use CaseForge.
• Your account is personal. Please don't share your login or let others use your account or paid plan.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The cases, data tables, example answers and model approaches on CaseForge are original content written for CaseForge. Company names and figures in the cases are used for practice and are not real company data. You may use this content for your own interview preparation. You may not copy, resell, publish, share it with others, or collect it automatically (for example by scraping).

Your answers

You own what you write. You give us permission to store your answers, send them to our AI scoring provider, and show you scores and feedback on them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

About the AI scores

Scores and feedback are generated with the help of AI, against a fixed set of criteria. They are practice guidance, not an official assessment. The same answer can score a few points differently on different attempts, and the feedback may sometimes be wrong. Use your own judgment.

Paid plans

Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they launch: the Practice plan costs ₹499 a month and renews automatically each month until you cancel; the Placement Pack is a one-time payment of ₹1,500. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Fair use

Please don't:

• try to manipulate or game the scoring, or submit content meant to trick the AI;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• use CaseForge to post anything unlawful, abusive or that you don't have the right to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep CaseForge running smoothly, but it is provided “as is”, and there may be interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, CaseForge isn't liable for indirect losses (such as a missed opportunity), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top, and tell signed-in users about significant changes. You can stop using CaseForge at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. Before going to court, please email us at caseforgee1234@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
